The Juice

Looking for a refreshing, healthy way to kick start your mornings? Give this a go. You will need a juicer and you will need to be a little adventurous, but its worth it. You also need the following:

1 green apple, 3 carrots, 1 celery stalk, 1 pear, 2 small beetroots (I use tin ones because i'm lazy) and a chunk of fresh ginger.

Once you've juiced them all, add the mix to a Trek drink bottle 1/3 filled with ice and shake. Pour into a glass and enjoy. Yummy yummy.
