Post Ride Recovery

Refueling your body - particularly after a smashfest - is as important as fueling your body before a ride. There are literally thousands of articles in magazines and on the net regarding the combinations of proteins and cabohydrates that are required to maximise recovery.

LG and HandiCat have been searching the net and have found this interesting little receipe. Mix the following ingredients in a blender:
250ml of milk;1 whole egg;30g of whey protein;1 banana;1 tbl spoon of psyllium husk;1 tbl spoon of wheat germ;2 tbl spoons of Milo;2 tbl spoons of rolled oats;3 tbl spoons of frozen berries;
