Racing Results

With a few of the A graders away at state races down south, the numbers were down in Rocky which resulted in A and B grade being combined for yesterdays 88k scratch race at Cawarral.

M1 riders took the opportunity to flex their muscles across the racing in all grades. Bushy and the Proclaimer were aggressive from the get-go, but couldn't shake the ever persistant SpyCat and Tuggy who pulled the two break aways back in on numerous escapes.

In the end, Bushy claimed his first road race win for the season, with the Proclaimer taking out second. SpyCat came home in 7th place and Tuggy was unlucky to puncture at around the 70k mark.

In D grade, the Dominator recovered well from a dropped chain in the last few k's and took out his second victory for the year. I'm pretty sure the handicapper will be on to you now Dom and you'll be in C grade for the rest of the year!

Next weeks race is the handicap at Yarwun. Day licences should be available, but Proclaimer will confirm this during the week.
