Are You Behind The 8 Ball Too?

Here at M1 we have been doing a little bit of research on nutrition and how to get the maximum out of your body.

For weeks, we have been putting foods to the ultimate test, yet we are still behind the 8 ball when it comes to everyone elses performances.

After my long, grueling ride home lastnight, through calliope, then out to boyne, in blistering cold winds, I come home to this...

To the right is an example of perfect training food. It is easy to prepare, it is simple and nutritious in its ingredients and it is great value for money!

So guys, stop worrying about what you put in your gob! A simple family meat pie, and a 600mL coke after 8pm will do just fine! Just dont forget the tomato sauce.
